Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise structural and architectural drawings in AutoCAD.

• Prepare BOQs and conduct cost estimations for civil works.

• Analyze labor and material costs; prepare rate quotations.

• Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure proper execution.

• Collect market rates for materials and verify site works.

• Maintain project-related documents including tenders, drawings, and estimates.

• Submit regular progress and outcome reports to management.

• The on-site execution and supervision of road construction and maintenance, including site inspections, quality control, material testing, and managing contractors.
