Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS from any reputed medical college with BMDC registration

Job Context:
∎ The appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for 1 year but may be extended for further period depending on satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
∎ Duty station: Sunamganj/Moulovibazar/Habiganj district hospitals.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess under five children following the guideline for Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) and keep records of the findings in electronic database.
∎ Obtain informed consent from the study eligible children's guardian.
∎ Providing treatment of the under five children according to IMCI guideline and approved study protocol.
∎ Ensure follow up of the study enrolled children at hospital or home.
∎ Maintain liaison with clinical team of the study hospital to ensure appropriate treatment and care of admitted study participants.
∎ Supervise paramedics to ensure follow up of study participants.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly progress, identify issues and potential solutions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having working experience in research or paediatrics training will be given preference
∎ Strong in written and verbal English and Bangla communications.
∎ Competency requirement:
∎ Knowledge of ethical guidelines
∎ Additional requirement:
∎ Computer skill in MS word, excel
∎ Should be able to work with a team
∎ Should be able to communicate effectively
∎ Must have innovative thinking skills
∎ Should have a drive to learn and solve problems
∎ Motivation to take challenges
∎ Interested to visit the remote areas

Salary:
∎ 55,430/- per month including house rent and conveyance allowance and other admissible benefits.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 12% retirement fund contribution by PRF will be given as per organizational policy.
