A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (e.g., Education, International Relations, Business, etc.).

• Age 18 to 35 years

• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in educational counseling, preferably in study-abroad consultancy for destinations like Europe, the US, Australia, and the UK.
• Knowledge: Deep knowledge of higher education systems in Europe, Australia, the US, the UK, and Malaysia. Familiarity with application procedures, visa requirements, scholarships, and general student mobility trends.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Counseling Skills: Ability to provide personalized advice and counseling based on individual student needs, preferences, and qualifications.
• Customer Service Orientation: A friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on delivering excellent student service.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems or student management platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex issues and offer effective solutions, especially related to student applications, admissions, and visa challenges.

Student Counseling: Provide expert advice and personalized counseling to students regarding study options in Australia, the US, the UK, and European countries. Help them understand course offerings, university rankings, visa requirements, and scholarships.

University and Course Selection: Assist students in selecting the right universities and programs based on their academic interests, career goals, and financial considerations.

Application Process Management: Guide students through the entire application process, including filling out application forms, preparing required documents, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Visa Guidance: Provide clear guidance on visa requirements, application processes, and documentation needed for student visas in key countries.

Scholarship & Funding Advice: Advise students on available scholarships, financial aid options, and other funding opportunities for studying abroad.

Admission & Follow-ups: Manage the admission process, including liaising with universities, ensuring that students receive offer letters, and providing support throughout the acceptance process.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, educational institutions, and students to foster trust and loyalty.

Regular Updates: Stay updated on the latest trends in international education, university rankings, admission requirements, and visa regulations to provide up-to-date advice to students.

Customer Service: Offer outstanding customer service by addressing student queries, concerns, and challenges in a timely and professional manner.
