Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in any relevant field (e.g., Education, International Relations, Business, etc.) / It can be relaxed in case of experienced candidate.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience: 2-5 years of experience in educational counseling, preferably in study-abroad consultancy for destinations like Europe, the US, Australia, and the UK.
∎ Knowledge: Deep knowledge of higher education systems in Australia, the US, the UK, and Europe. Familiarity with application procedures, visa requirements, scholarships, and general student mobility trends.
∎ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali. Additional language skills are a plus.
∎ Counseling Skills: Ability to provide personalized advice and counseling based on individual student needs, preferences, and qualifications.
∎ Documentation knowledge: Specialty on processing sponsor documents (Preparing file for the Embassy)
∎ Customer Service Orientation: A friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on delivering excellent student service.
∎ Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems or student management platforms.
∎ Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex issues and offer effective solutions, especially related to student applications, admissions, and visa challenges.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expert counselling to students interested in studying abroad, specifically in popular destinations like Europe, Australia, the US, UK, Malaysia and more.
∎ Guide students through the entire application process, from selecting the right university/program to visa documentation.
∎ Ensure all documentation for student visa applications is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
∎ Assist students in preparing and organizing necessary paperwork for visa applications, financial documents, and admission processes
∎ Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, university requirements, and visa policies in various countries.Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions, addressing students' concerns and providing solutions.
