Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 2 years of experience in student visa consultancy or related field.
• Strong knowledge of first-world country student visa (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and case management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Strong presentation, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing SOPs, CVs, and supporting documents.
• Social media (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) for student engagement is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape a growing department, driving quality, efficiency, and long-term success in helping students achieve their international education goals.

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Student Visa Consultant to join our team immediately. The role requires someone with excellent communication, counseling, and organizational skills who can provide students with complete guidance — from university admission to visa approval. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end case handling, ensuring students and parents receive accurate, updated, and reliable information throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on higher education opportunities abroad with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide telephonic and in-person counseling, inviting potential students to our office for detailed guidance.
• Guide students in shortlisting universities/programs based on their academic background, interests, and budget.
• Handle end-to-end student application and visa processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare students for visa interviews and conduct mock interview sessions.
• Create and review student SOPs, CVs, and cover letters to strengthen applications.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with students, parents, local agents, and international representatives.
• Engage with students through social media activities, including photo/video content creation, FB Live sessions, and telemarketing, is a Plus
• Represent SkyHub Aviation Ltd at educational fairs, events, and university delegate meetings.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress updates through CRM tools.
• Stay updated on changing visa regulations, university admission policies, and higher education trends.
• Achieve recruitment and conversion targets while working under pressure with teamwork, patience, and time management.
• Go the extra mile to support students throughout their journey — from first counseling to departure.
