Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master's degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide guidance and support to clients of i-Global Services seeking to study abroad, specifically in the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe, as well as immigration applications.
∎ Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in study abroad and immigration regulations and provide expert advice to clients.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other relevant organizations to ensure clients have access to the latest information and opportunities.
∎ Conduct individual and group consultancy/counseling sessions with clients, and ensure the highest level of customer service by providing suggestions.
∎ Conduct seminars on study abroad and immigration, both inside and outside Sylhet, as required.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client applications and immigration processes and regularly follow up on them.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face.
∎ Respond to calls and emails promptly.
∎ Carry out marketing and promotional activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Office Time : Full-time
∎ Knowledge of the education systems in the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe.
∎ Excellent oral and written communications skill.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Excellent computer skill is mandatory
∎ Excellent English is required
∎ Must be very keen to learn about new things
∎ Have the quality of being punctual at work.
∎ Ability to work with a diverse range of clients.
