• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Basic computer and office management skills.
• Friendly, confident, and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Australian & New Zealand education systems will be considered a strong advantage.

Student Counselor (Australia & New Zealand Expert)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student goals and suggest suitable courses and universities (mainly Australia & New Zealand).
• Assist students with preparing, submitting, and tracking admission and visa applications.
• Guide students with SOP writing, scholarship opportunities, and accommodation information.
• Stay updated on admission criteria, visa policies, and university programs of Australia and New Zealand.
• Maintain student information, lead records, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
• Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional videos (if needed).
• Support the management team with reports and marketing initiatives related to study abroad.
