Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with student leads.

• Provide counseling to students and guardians over phone and at the office.

• Guide students about study abroad opportunities, universities, programs, scholarships, admission requirements, and general visa information.

• Maintain student follow-up records.

• Coordinate with the admission team.

• Create short informative videos for company social media approximately every alternate day.

• Present updates about countries, universities, scholarships, admission deadlines, and study abroad opportunities.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.

• Bachelor's degree from any recognized university.

• Freshers may apply; experienced candidates will get preference.

• Good communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Confident in student counseling and phone communication.

• Comfortable speaking in front of the camera.

• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Smart, presentable, responsible, and willing to learn.
