Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, HSC (Vocational)
∎ Graduate from any private university is preferred
∎ Specially Skilled Bachelor Running Student Can Apply
∎ English Medium Background is preferred
∎ Must have good presentation skills
∎ Must have both Bangla & English Communication skills
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Education Counseling, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Job Context:
∎ FICC has been working since 2012 with a good reputation. This firm is a young, passionate, and committed International Education consulting agency providing services in Bangladesh. We are looking for a Student counselor Intern and Admission Officer Intern who knows the worldwide study/ Visit visa processing sector.
∎ Office Duration: 6 hours
∎ FICC Will Recruit Successful Applicants as Full-Time Employees after 3 Months of Internship
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To consult with the students and guardians over the phone about the admission procedure of foreign universities.
∎ Creating and Managing Customers, Maintaining visitor's Database, and regular follow-up them.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face-to-face
∎ Ability to take challenges to achieve the sales target.
∎ Checking qualifications, and eligibility of the applicants, following institute application processing systems.
∎ Apply for various worldwide University admissions on behalf of the students.
∎ Visa Applications for various countries All over the world.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Receive and reply to emails, and carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a laptop
∎ Experience in a similar field is preferred
∎ Applicant with an English medium/version background is highly encouraged to apply
∎ Must be Non-Smoker
∎ Punctual, Sincere and dedicated.
∎ Wel dress-up sense.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Negotiable for specially skilled counselors and Admission Officers
