∎ Recruitment Strategies: The role requires developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and place students in partner institutions. This involves understanding the needs of both students and educational institutions, as well as being aware of international education trends and regulations.
∎ Relationship Building: The job heavily focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with international educational institutions and agencies. This would involve regular communication, negotiations, and partnerships to create mutually beneficial arrangements.
∎ Coordination and Communication: Ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders, including internal teams, students, and partner institutions, is crucial. This requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage diverse communication channels effectively.
