• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, English, or related field preferred).

• Age 22 to 30 years

• 1–3 years in education consultancy, immigration, or visa processing. No Fresher.
• Excellent English communication (speaking & writing).
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and social media tools.
• Knowledge of university admission, visa, and scholarship processes preferred.
• Capable of handling multiple student portfolios and meeting deadlines.
• Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media live sessions, or education event management.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide students on study abroad options in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.

• Promote partner universities and educational programs through phone, email, and in-person consultations.

• Assess students’ academic background, eligibility, and financial suitability to ensure quality applications.

• Process university and visa applications efficiently and accurately through CRM systems.

• Communicate with foreign universities regarding admission, scholarships, and interview preparation.

• Draft Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Pre-CAS scripts, and assist students in visa documentation.

• Provide personalized support from admission to visa approval and pre-departure orientation.

• Liaise with the Visa & Compliance Team to ensure ethical and compliant student conversions.

• Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions.

• Work towards monthly and quarterly targets and collaborate with the conversion team to exceed goals.

• Participate in education fairs, webinars, and social media live sessions to engage and recruit students.

• Support marketing activities and digital promotions to increase brand visibility.

• Stay updated on global education policies, university requirements, and competitor practices.
