Education Counseling, Higher Study Abroad , Uk Education Consultancy, Uk Student visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Immigration & Education Consultancy Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and their family
∎ Understand the candidate's academic aspirations
∎ Provide initial assessment and advice on course selection
∎ Guide students on the process of application and enrolment
∎ Advise student on application package preparation
∎ Keep up-to-date records of customer relationship management duties
∎ Liaise with other team members to ensure students are provided with the best possible advice
∎ Stay up-to-date with partner university's courses, opportunities and requirements
∎ Attend and participate in external events to promote our services
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Candidates with IELTS/TOEFL scores will be given priority.
∎ Excellent communication skills with a bachelors degree or higher.
∎ Excellent time management skills and ability to work with deadlines.
∎ Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
∎ Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
∎ Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
∎ Good understanding of Higher Education Systems.
Salary: Negotiable
