∎ Bachelor / Masters

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge regarding study abroad and Foreign Universities of USA, Canada, Australia.
∎ Provide accurate actual information about universities and courses direct & over the phone.
∎ Meet & Greet clients make and receive phone calls.
∎ Assist in administering and executing all the official activities.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online.
∎ Necessary training will be provided.
∎ Make good relationship with students and guardians.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in consultancy Agency required (USA, Canada Australia)
∎ Experience in Marketing sector or customer care sector. Need to be good in presentation skill.
∎ Good command over English and proficiency in using Computer is preferable.
∎ Must have excellent phone manners and a lot of patience.
∎ Able to work under minimum supervision.
∎ Must have a 'Can Do Attitude'.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
