• Age At least 35 years

• Experience in consultancy agency required (UK, USA, Canada, Australia)

• Experience in a consultancy agency required Immigration.

• Experience in the Marketing sector or customer care sector.

• Need to be good in presentation skills.

• A good command of English and proficiency in using a Computer is preferable.

• Must have excellent phone manners and a lot of patience.

• Able to work under no supervision.

• Must have a `Can Do Attitude`.

• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge regarding immigration/study abroad and Foreign Universities of the UK, USA, Canada and Australia.

• Provide accurate actual information about universities and courses.

• Able to run the department independently and guide the sub-ordinates.

• Meet & Greet clients.

• Assist in administering and executing all the official activities.

• Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.

• Receive and reply to emails and carry out marketing and promotions online.

• Necessary training is to be provided to the counselors.

• Make good relationships with clients.
