∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Trading or Export/Import, Airline, Travel Agent, Share Brokerage/ Securities House, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Credit Rating Agency
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Description-
∎ 1. Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding Country, Course, Universities, and programme selection, and career planning.
∎ 2. Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies in the overseas.
∎ 3. Ensure admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and travelling done within deadlines.
∎ 4. Provide accurate information regarding the study abroad programs, courses at universities. and countries like Finland, Lithuania, Denmark etc.
∎ 5. Provide all the information sought precisely by the parent and/or student.
∎ 6. Clarifying doubts in filling up of form or doubts of any other nature.
∎ 7. Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals.
∎ 8. Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by Universities.
∎ 9. Help students with every detail from registration to fly to the host country.
∎ 10. Maintain a proper database of students counselled, and applications sent to abroad.
∎ 11. Receive client details and judge the suitability of the candidate for the course and university of his/her choice and accordingly give guidance.
∎ 12. Motivate and encourage clients to take up the course Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students and parents.
∎
∎ Desired Candidates should have-
∎ 1. Minimum 1 years of relevant Study Abroad industry experience is required.
∎ 2. Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
∎ 3. Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during the phone conversations.
∎ 4. Should be Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
∎ 5. Should have ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other from diverse social backgrounds.
∎ 6. Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
∎ 7. Should have ability to understand international business market.
∎ 8. Fast learner, honest Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
∎ 9. Must have Sound judgement.
