∎ Client Interaction: Assisting students and educational institutions with the application process, answering queries, and providing guidance on visa requirements.
∎ Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring that applications comply with immigration laws and regulations, and staying updated on changes in policies.
∎ Documentation Verification: Verifying the authenticity of documents submitted and conducting background checks as necessary.
∎ Decision Making: Making decisions on visa approvals or rejections based on the application details and regulatory criteria.
∎ Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of all applications, decisions, and correspondence.
∎ Reporting: Preparing reports on application trends, approval rates, and other relevant statistics for management and regulatory bodies.
