Very Expert of Steel Structure.

Age 20 to 35 years Should have the experience of Auto CAD 2D, MS Project, MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel etc.

Proficiency in English Language both in speaking and writing

• Preparation of structural design for high-rise building using modern concept. Working knowledge of relevant structural design software ETABS, SAFE, Staad Pro and AutoCAD.

• Practical experience in structural design and detailing related codes, BNBC & ACI. Structural Design & Analysis Rcc for multistoried residential, buildings.

• Participate in initial planning and bidding processes, including reviewing environmental factors, government regulations, construction costs, and risk analysis reports to prepare a comprehensive study on all relevant design factors.

• Checking structural design & drawing received from consultancy firm.

• Prepare structural working drawing presentation.

• Prepare structural modification design & drawing.

• Decision making for structural issues.

• Meeting is organized at the preliminary design stage of the project.

• Meeting arranges at the final design stage of the project.

• Co-ordination with structural design engineer for the requirements of the structural issues of the projects.

• Frequent structural drawing supervision of the project.

• Decision-making on the ongoing structural project. Invite a consultant structural design engineer to visit the projects to make important and urgent decisions.

• Preparation of structural and foundation design, conducting detailed engineering assessment (DEA) and retrofitting design for RCC and steel building, industrial shed.

• Develop and design structural plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

• Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the safety and stability of structures.

• Use software tools such as AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, and other relevant programs for structural design and analysis.

• Collaborate with architects and other team members to integrate structural designs with overall project requirements.

• Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams to address any structural issues that arise during construction.

• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

• Ensure that all structural designs and construction practices comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in structural engineering and construction technology.

• Experienced in Tender Documentation/Construction sector of High-rise building with single or multiple basements/Road/Bridges etc. Projects. 

• Should have very good knowledge about the drawings and capable to prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per the drawings.

•  Should have very good knowledge about the different Construction materials including the Finishing Items. 

• Capable to prepare Cost Analysis of the items as per the requirement. 

• Preparation of work schedule and planning for Tender submission/Project execution. 

• Preparation of work methodology of different item of works for Tender submission/Project execution. 

• Any other tasks assign by the Management.
