Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure that construction work is executed as per design specifications, technical drawings, and quality standards.
Prepare BOQ, Estimation of RCC, Steel & labor work.
Conduct site surveys and measurements for accurate planning and execution.
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and other site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor material usage and inventory on-site to minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Provide technical support to resolve on-site issues and challenges.
Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager.
