• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage site teams effectively.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in structural design, BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation, and site management. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, project coordination, and practical site execution knowledge to deliver high-quality results.

Experience Level: Mid–Senior Level

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review structural designs, drawings, and calculations in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications for projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Supervise and manage site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.
• Conduct structural inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting.
