Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Only from Engineering University & Public University.
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD Designing, ETABS, Staad Pro
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking of all the remediation work of the RMG factory as per RSC (ACCORD/ ALLAIANCE) standard.
∎ Checking of all Electrical work, installation as per NFPA-70 & BNBC standard.
∎ Checking of Fire Detection and protection system installation, commissioning as per NFPA-72.
∎ Responsible for design, drawing and legal approval process required in construction work for factories & projects.
∎ Carry out visits to the construction sites of the company and submit report to reporting boss on their current status.
∎ Prepare detailed design of Steel Building structures & RCC for different projects like factory building, commercial building, etc
∎ Structural Design, Steel Structure Design, BOQ of RCC & Steel Structure Both
∎ Co-ordination with site, project engineer, Designer's, Management and any other job assign by the Management.
∎ Responsibility for ensuring that the organization is sourcing from safe and complaint factories of Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Should be sound knowledge about construction of steel building.
∎ Should be energetic and diligent.
∎ Should be capable of handling a number of projects at a time within Bangladesh.
∎ Should have knowledge on MS Office applications.
