Responsibilities & Context:
Check and ensure product quality at every stage of the production process.
Perform inspections accurately as per the approved Quality Checklist and SOP.
Identify defective or non-conforming products and report promptly to the Manager/Chinese Boss.
Prepare, update, and properly maintain daily inspection reports.
Conduct quality tests of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products and record the results.
Coordinate closely with the Production, Warehouse, and Quality departments for smooth operations.
Detect any quality issues arising in the machine/production line and take immediate corrective action.
Strictly follow ISO standards, QC systems, company policies, and safety guidelines.
Carry out random sampling, spot checking, and final inspection as required.
Contribute actively to reducing reject rates and improving overall product quality.
Monitor any SOP deviations or unusual observations during production and inform Management accordingly.
