∎ Warehousing inventory control
∎ Record keeping and proper documentation
∎ Handling ERP Software
∎ At least two years of experience in Warehouse and inventory management after graduation
∎ Strong attention to details of inventory, and proactive critical thinking
∎ Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
∎ Proficient knowledge of standard computer software (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
∎ Excellent communication and networking skills
∎ Fluency in the Local language and English will get preferences

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The key purpose of this position is to carry out the duties and responsibilities of ‘Storekeeper’ for the ‘UNHCR – WASH project’ to ensure the effective implementation of WASH interventions maintaining the highest possible level of standards and quality by ensuring necessary support to the project and utilizing resources for implementation. To monitor the overall work progress of repairing and maintaining as well as monitoring the Warehouse activities to maintain proper coordination between Inventory Management Officer and the Camp activity.
∎ Being an implementation partner of UNHCR, the organization is looking for a qualified individual to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Improved Shelter Services in the respective working area.
∎ Managing inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
∎ Inspect the levels of materials supplies to identify shortages in order to maintain proper flow of materials required in field and presentation of products throughout the day.
∎ Develop and test new recipes for seasonal offerings or special requests based on field requirements.
∎ Act to ensure materials procurement and ensure on time deliveries in coordination with supply chain department.
∎ Evaluate deliveries, shipments of materials to improve inventory control procedures.
∎ Ensure material stock is adequate for all distribution channels e.g warehouse.
∎ Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus and analyze data to anticipate future needs.
∎ Prepare detailed reports for adjustment, inventory operations and stock to share with senior management in periodic manner.
∎ To ensure project objectives are met.
∎ In summary, Storekeeper will play a vital role in managing all aspects of inventory control, logistics coordination, quality control, and safety compliance.
∎ Ensure security and all kinds of compliance in the Warehouses.
∎ Ensure, participate, and validate physical inventory check in a periodic manner.
