∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 11 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining & follow up of Stock Register of all Imported machinery parts and equipment.
∎ Ensure requirements of all accessories according to buyer’s demand in coordination with merchandiser and purchase.
∎ Ensure all accessories supply to the factory according to consumption and in coordination with merchandiser and purchase.
∎ Maintaining of Stock Register of all Local Trims, Accessories, Stationary, Printing etc.
∎ Maintain all store area’s safety and hygiene.
∎ Ensure store inventory is maintained and updated regularly.
∎ Ensure goods are properly stored with step wise documentation.
∎ Dealings with buyers: G.Star, Tommy Hillfiger, Esprit, Texline, Kiabi, M & S,H &M, Lidle, Perry Ellis, Kontoor, GAP, Wal mart, Lindex, Zara,etc.
∎ Maintaining of Order Wise Swatch Card/ Trims Card.
∎ Prepare Monthly Stock Statement By Computer and report to PD & ED.
∎ Maintaining of Bin Card System.
∎ Maintaining of all M,R,R and M,S,R by computer & report to the management.
∎ Pass the audit of external & internal auditors and meetup all requirements of central store.
∎ Ensure communication with suppliers and merchandisers.
∎ Report to management about remaining accessories after shipment.
∎ Report to management about consumption of individual orders of buyer’s.
∎ Maintain closing report after shipment.
∎ Follow up of PI, L/C, Shipment Schedule (ETD & ETA).
∎ Maintain FIFO & LIFO during work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having good communication skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Inventory management experience using modern computer in program.
∎ Knowledge on store maintenance industrial compliance.
Salary: Negotiable
