Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet Sales, Stock and growth targets as per company requirements.
∎ Deposit daily intake to the bank and send sales update to the concerned department.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales report.
∎ Update store account as prescribed by the company.
∎ Maintain and update store performance card and asset/stock inventory.
∎ Evaluate performance of sales staffs and take actions as needed.
∎ Ensure that customers claims are properly settled.
∎ Renew the statutory licenses.
∎ Administer daily attendance of sales staff.
∎ Ensure that the store is in perfect order in respect of cleanliness, both interior and exterior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a team
∎ Be able to read and understand sales data
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work in high-pressure situations and to "think on your feet"
∎ Excellent time management & customer service skills
∎ Self-motivated with a high level of confidence
