Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve estimated pairs, turnover and 100% business target as per ABP.
∎ To ensure that all store level employees are aware of store & individual target, current business, best seller article, basket size, basket value, per square feet business, conversion ratio, and per person sale (YOY target).
∎ To ensure proper management & development of store level employees, attendance, grooming, conflict management, skill enhancement, etc.
∎ To prepare Sales and other related reports of the Store.
∎ To prepare daily/weekly/ monthly target for Sales Associates.
∎ To prepare daily/weekly/ monthly working program for individual store level employees.
∎ To implement sales promotional actions as per management decision.
∎ To ensure that the Store is in perfect order in respect of cleanliness, both interior and exterior.
∎ To keep daily administration and accounting update according to Company Policy.
∎ To keep individual Performance Cards updated.
∎ To ensure proper receiving/dispatching of merchandise.
∎ To check quality and retail prices of all incoming merchandises are as per set standard.
∎ To explain the salient features of new merchandise to the staff through interflow meetings.
∎ Clear all discrepancies (product damage, customer return, barcode mismatch, price mismatch, goods in transit) on monthly basis.
∎ Physical Auditing of stock on a regular basis (8-point stock management) and report to Area Manager.
∎ Responsible for Cash & Fixed Assets' of the store.
∎ To update statutory documents on a regular basis when required.
∎ To uphold the reputation of Apex by maintaining high personal standards and projecting a warm, appreciative and welcoming attitude towards customers and store level employees.
∎ Other job assigned by the management as and when required.
