Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store In-Charge to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise store staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock replenishment.

• Ensure the store adheres to company policies and standards.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Prepare reports related to sales, inventory, and staff performance.
