Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for spinning mill store management.
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the activities of store of spinning mill.
∎ The ideal candidate should have adequate experience and thorough knowledge to manage Raw Cotton Store, Yarn Store, Central Store (Spare Parts, Electro-Mechanical items, General items, etc.)
∎ Plan monitor and control the inventory management for recovery unwanted delay.
∎ Supervise the ware house and ensure timely delivery of goods.
∎ Ensure effective management and control stock levels and maintain the store ledger properly
∎ To follow up all sorts of requisition
∎ Communicate with all stores in preparing reports as per requirement of superiors
∎ Ensure timely and proper store reconciliation for smooth store operation
∎ Maintain minimum and judicious stock level for the smooth and effective functioning of the store
∎ Identify the area of improvement and cost savings and take initiatives to improve the cost efficiency
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping of the store of spinning mill
∎ Discharge any work as required by higher management
