Job Context:
∎ Dyes Chemical Store
∎ Yarn Store
∎ Greige Fabric Store
∎ Finished Fabric Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He has to perform as Head of the Store
∎ Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all imported and local materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per procedure.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store's safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure goods are inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety, and security within the store.
∎ Ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Ensure proper store compliance
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Develop and maintain a software-based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Merchandising Department and cater to their requirement successfully.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way.
∎ Ensure or Prepare daily/weekly/Monthly stock reports.
∎ Supervise and lead all store personnel.
∎ Proper knowledge of Knit Garments Dyes & Chemicals store for the person to be employed at Dyes Chemical Store.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of working experience(Dyes Chemical,Yarn,Greige Fabric and Finished Fabric Store)
∎ Interested candidates should have experience in the respective field.
