The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. This role is essential for ensuring a hygienic and efficient work environment, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the restaurant.

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a timely manner.

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and dining areas.

• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.

• Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials.

• Help with inventory management of kitchen supplies and equipment.

• Support the kitchen and service teams in daily operations as required.
