Educational Requirements:
∎ 18 months Paramedic course completed from any government/ recognized Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide quality primary healthcare service package as directed by ASA according to National standard. Assist and support Medical Officer in operating Clinical Procedure. Help in medical check-up, USG, ECG and medicine dispensing.
∎ Perform counseling in non-judgmental way, and maintain confidentiality, be supportive, empathic and respectful to the clients with strict adherence to medical ethics. Ensure to maintain appropriate and confidential forms, files recording and where necessary make appropriate referral.
∎ Ensure quality health service to be provided to the community.
∎ Ensure medicine stock management for the main stocks of the health facilities.
∎ Provide FP, EPI seminar as per GOB Protocol.
∎ Ensure proper storage of medicine, expiry date, procurement of medicine as per ASA guideline.
∎ Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the Organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least two years' practical experience in support of clinical practice, OP Consultation, investigations, medicine dispensation or primary health care delivery etc in any NGO Clinic / Private Hospital.
∎ Previous experience in NGO is an advantage.
∎ Computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email and web browsing.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 17500 (Monthly)
∎ Tk. 17,500/- per month (consolidated) during probation period. Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, two Festival Allowance, Nobo Borsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be entitled.
