Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain accurate and on time inventory management in RM stores
∎ 1. Maintain Receiving/ issuing accuracy 100 % in
∎ systems
∎ 2. Maintain stock accuracy by ensuring 100% on
∎ time system posting
∎ 3. Maintain Warehouse (bin location)
∎ management accuracy 100 %
∎ Adhere to organizational standards and warehouse processes such as STW / SOPs in order to ensure standards within the Finished Goods Warehouse are met
∎ Adhere to the LSW in order to ensure smooth flow of work
∎ Ensure daily start up meetings are held to enable problem solving and rectification of issues identified
∎ Develop a weekly schedule to ensure that the Finished Goods Warehouse processes are planned for the week
∎ Monitor shipment preparation to meet SBU requirements, attend to transportation requirements, liaise with relevant parties to deliver expected quality goods on a timely basis
∎ Follow steps to reduce stocks related to RM
∎ 01) Maintain the optimum stock level while capturing & providing information of early deliveries of non-moving stocks to PCU, Finance & Customer Interface Team
∎ 02) Adhering to standard destruction process, in-order to remove the write off & production returned stocks physically.
∎ Maintain given direct to indirect carder umbers while identifying work trends and process improvements to create an effective work load balance within the department.
∎ Ensure all aspects of the Finished Goods Warehouse align with all Health, Safety and Compliance guidelines to maintain zero accidents.
∎ Align with projects relating to MOS (MAS Operating System), layout planning,
∎ refurbishment and other relevant projects to achieve the required phase.
∎ Perform additional duties that commensurate with the current role, as and when
∎ requested by the management.
