Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee allocated and prioritize work in complex situations to meet work schedules on time and monitor the performance of sample operators whilst problem solving
∎ Ensure all sample requests forwarded by team are considered to deliver the samples on time with required quality in order to adhere to all specifications of the sample and meet delivery dates by the Business Team / Planning Team and informing relevant stakeholders as needed.
∎ Attend to all quality/measurement issues to improve overall quality of the sample
∎ Take measures, continuously and vigorously to increase operator efficiency in order to achieve the work content target, whilst providing feedback to planning team.
∎ Ensure cutting output is on par with the sample plan and highlighting deviations to cutting & business teams.
∎ Guide, advice and allocate work for Mechanics to attend machine breakdowns to minimize down time and improve productivity for an effective sample construction process whilst following up on style specific machinery requirements.
∎ Analyse operational data and tracking information in the area of purview in order to identify deviations and abnormalities and highlight to management as appropriate.
