∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.. VAT Software operating, Implementation and monitoring;
∎ 2. Input on VAT & Tax planning as per laws and regulations;
∎ 3. Update and maintaining Mushak Register 6.1, 6.2 and other books as per VAT Act and Rules;
∎ 4. Prepare Mushak- 4.3 input-output co-efficient, submit to the division office and appeared at hearing at vat office;
∎ 5. Issue Mushak- 6.3 (VAT Invoice);
∎ 6. Issue a certificate for deducting Tax at sources u/s 58 and Mushak- 6.6 to party;
∎ 7. Preparing and filing monthly VAT Return (Mushak- 9.1) and relevant other documents;
∎ 8. Calculating VDS & TDS on daily bill voucher and consultant with A/C Department for posting the entry in software;
∎ 9. Customer VAT & Tax calculation and process to pay the outstanding (TR-6) in Govt. Revenue A/C;
∎ 10. Treasury (Tr-6) Preparation and processing for approval from management;
∎ 12. Preparation and filling of withholding tax return, staff tax return, 108 and 108A return;
∎ 13. Bank Reconciliations of company monthly;
∎ 14. Manage, Support and co-ordinate with VAT and Tax related all Audits and appeal;
∎ 15. Maintaining the required documents- Copy of bill, Bill of Entry (BOE), TR-6 and others for tax and vat authority;
∎ 16. Support, communicate and co-ordinate to finance & Accounts Department, Internal audit department and external Audit;
∎ 17. Deal and good relation with Tax and VAT authority;
∎ 18. Addressing all Tax and VAT related issues of the Companies to immediate supervisor time to time; and
∎ 19. Any other work given by management of the company.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
