Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and manage execution of Photos / Samples activities and monitor timely receipt to meet all deadlines
∎ Partner with Merchandising and Design and our Commercial person in different countries to ensure Development activities are on track and in line with Brand need, aesthetic and cost targets
∎ Support execution of sourcing strategies for Fabric and accessories by meeting suppliers regularly.
∎ To work very closely with our internal and external sampling rooms, to make follow up on each development styles and to ensure quality standards are met.
∎ To have a very good understanding of DenimWashing & Garment Dye(both dry and wet process)
∎ To understand and give proper washing instructions and to validate the washing after receipt of the sample.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Bachelor's Degree in textile industry preferred, and related work experience
∎ Minimum 8 years as product development experience (bottoms, denim and non-denim preferred)
∎ Knowledge of garment construction and a variety of fabrications
∎ Knowledge of EXCEL
∎ Dynamic analytical, problem solving and project management abilities with proven systems knowledge and expertise
∎ Strong understanding of product development calendars and sense of urgency to meeting all required deadlines
∎ Ability to forge strong partnerships with overseas teams as a means to drive clarity on all development and pre-production requirements and issue resolution
∎ Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities
∎ Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute change
∎ Effective interpersonal and organizational skills; especially when it comes to working directly with senior level directors
∎ Strong team orientation
∎ Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
∎ Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly
