Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE EEE, ETE, ECE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
∎ Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
∎ Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities
∎ Managing stakeholders and external interfaces
∎ Setting up tools and required infrastructure
∎ Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for Service Operation
∎ Troubleshooting techniques and fixing production issues
∎ Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
∎ Incidence management and root cause analysis
∎ Coordination and communication within the team and with customers
∎ Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools
∎ Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
∎ Mentoring and guiding the team members
∎ Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs
∎ Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer
∎ Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux-based environments
∎ Experience in AWS and Docker is getting the advantage
∎ RHCSA/RHCE certification required
∎ Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks
∎ Solid Cloud experience, preferably in AWS
∎ Experience with monitoring systems (Elk stack, Grafana, Prometheus)
∎ Experience with automation software (e.g., Puppet, ansible)
∎ Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
