Experience:

Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology or any other relevant discipline from any reputed university.

• At least 4 years of working experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.

• Candidates having prior experience in development sector will be given preference.

• Strong analytical ability and logic driven mindset.

• Demonstrate exceptional writing skills.

• Communicative and having above average interpersonal skills to create an atmosphere where client can communicate their requirements properly.

• Knowledge in UML, BPMN, Workflow Diagram, Mock-ups, User Stories.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Good at multitasking and work well independently and in a team.

• Should have demonstrable interest for dashboard design, data visualization and analytics.

Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated team player who can efficiently communicate and document technical requirements with clients and the project delivery team. This person will participate in business/system analysis and design, to document the requirements and support the team for successful project completion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Excellent capability of analyzing complex ICT systems.

• Facilitating and managing transformation of functional requirements into UX & UI requirements.

• In-depth understanding of the system`s requirements, functions, and behaviors.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle.

• Excellent capability of writing Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).

• Conduct thorough user analysis to figure out data visualization requirements.

• Develop prototypes of the system.

• Mentoring and guiding junior team members.

• Ensuring regular SRS updates with each feedback loop.

• Reviewing SRSs prepared by other team members.

• Work closely with Development team/ Project Manager/QA Team/Clients to specify and communicate requirements.

• Testing from requirement point of view to ensure that the developed system is aligned with the provided requirements.

• Develop and execute ideas around mPower’s service offering in advanced data analytics.

Duty Station: Head Office in Banani, Dhaka with occasional field visits as per project needs.

Salary Range: Negotiable based on the experience and skillset of the candidate.
