Experience:
B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience working as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of information technologies including hardware and software, network configuration, system administration, database development, programming, and system analysis and integration.
Knowledge of multiple systems and ability to understand how systems relate to one another.
Ability to analyze unusual, non-routine, or complex situations and problems and devise alternate strategies for solutions.
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Experienced in SQL scripting to perform database query operations to support functional testing.
Experienced in Python scripting to automate repetitive processes.
You will get bonus points if you have:
Work experience in Agile projects.
Knowledge in Performance Testing using JMeter or similar.
Knowledge in Test Automation using Cypress.

Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious Sr. Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and demonstrate your testing expertise with opportunities for new learning and development. You will be a part of the team engaged in the development, implementation, and support of applications.
Testing activities will involve test case designing, functional testing, performance testing, security testing, adhering to organizational quality assurance standards, and coordination with the development team, business users, and application support team.
Job Responsibilities:
Mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Ensuring regular end to end test cycle.
Participate in Bug Review meetings and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
Analyze and document extensive test cases as per specified requirements.
Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, test cases, and test results.
Perform Sanity, Functional, Integration, and Regression testing.
Ensure test completion within the agreed timeline using tools and techniques specified by the Test/Project Lead.
Ensure proper documentation of the testing deliverables such as test cases, RTM, Defect, and test metrics with minimal or no review comments.
Ensure regression testing to capture the defects caused by recent changes in the application.
Be responsible for both functional and non-functional testing, either manual or automated using testing tools.
