Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer (Team Lead) to join Decor IT, Who will lead the Ecommerce Marketplace development.
∎
∎ The Sr. Software Engineer will be working as a Team Lead for Ecommerce Platform development, acting as a key member of the engineering team. You are the type of person who can handle a fair amount of work freedom while understanding how to manage yourself. you move fast, and you thrive off of new solutions to unique problems. You know when to build something on your own or when to leverage existing solutions and have confidence in your skills to make critical decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop an E-commerce platform from scratch
∎ Work with Web Development team to identify web systems needs and solutions
∎ Configure, design, and develop solutions including key integrations to 3rd party solutions
∎ Monitor and track system processing and performance indicators to ensure business requirements are being met
∎ Participate on project teams to deliver new functionality
∎ Maintain state of the art understanding of website and mobile platform capabilities
∎ Work closely with Salesforce and other 3rd party solutions providers to enhance our business capabilities
∎ Depth knowledge of cloud platform specially AWS
∎ Coach and train business users on proper use of the system
∎ Develop API for external source integration
∎ Ensure features work across cross browsers
∎ Fix bugs when found and deployed
∎ Identify and fix performance issues
∎ Equipped with creative thinking skills to suggest solutions for platform requirements and enhancement
∎ Understanding client requirements (regardless of how they are presented), and translating them into effective and usable experiences.
∎ High attention to detail.
∎ Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
∎ Ability to effectively communicate with the design department to assess how elements should function.
∎ Strong understanding of web and mobile best practices and trends.
∎ Full stack and UI/UX developer mentality
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good knowledge on both SQL and NoSQL Technologies and Platform
∎ Must be good in writing in complex SQL Writing
∎ Practical Experience on Elastic Search Algorithm development
∎ Must be good in Algorithm & Data Structure
∎ Very good knowledge on Typescript, JavaScript, Nodejs, Express, jQuery, AJAX and JSON
∎ Practical Knowledge on cross platform mobile app development is a strong plus
∎ Proven Experience on PHP Laravel framework, React JS
∎ In depth knowledge of different ecommerce package of Laravel.
∎ Different payment gateway API integration.
∎ Creating microservice that use millions of users.
∎ Depth knowledge of frontend framework React JS, Vue js
∎ 5+ years' experience working with Ecommerce platform
∎ Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
∎ Strong understanding of web and mobile best practices and trends
∎ Cross platform mobile app development
∎ REST API development
∎ Experience working in project teams and Business Users
∎ Experience working with IT vendors, 3rd party resources, including off shore
∎ Working knowledge of retail industry, with multi-channel retailers a significant plus
∎ Proven analytic and troubleshooting skills
