Job Responsibilities:
∎ Successfully completed sales opportunity and achieve sales target
∎ Creating a new Retail/industrial customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Have to achieve individual monthly/ quarterly sales target.
∎ To prepare sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.Identify the customer's need.
∎ Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Analysis of Market share, volume and monitor competitors' activities
∎ Increase market share by developing new business from existing and new customers.

∎ Age 18 to 45 years
∎ Skills Required: After Sales, agent marketing, B2B Sales, Branding, Corporate sales and Marketing, Negotiation Skill, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): After Sales, Area/ Territory Marketing, At least 2 year(s) field experience on data collection., B2B Sales, Dealer Sales, Direct Sales, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, Restaurant, Retail Store
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla with a strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Minimum of 1-year working experience in Field Sales for ASM.
∎ Experience people Specially for ASM Role in FMCG/ Telco/ Pharmaceuticals/ Electronic industry/ Automotive/ transportation are preferred.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
