Area/ Territory Marketing, B2B Sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beverage, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant, Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Successfully completed sales opportunity and achieve sales target
∎ Creating a new Retail/industrial customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Have to achieve individual monthly/ quarterly sales target.
∎ To prepare sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly. Identify the customer's need.
∎ Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Analysis of Market share, volume and monitor competitors' activities
∎ Increase market share by developing new business from existing and new customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla with a strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Minimum of 3 year working experience in Field Sales for ASM.
∎ Experience people Specially for ASM Role in FMCG/ Telco/ Pharmaceuticals/ Electronic industry/ Automotive/ transportation are preferred.
∎ Must-Have Smart Phone
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
