Job Context:
∎ For IOL/ENT/Neuro/Ophthalmic/Lab Microscope Sales and Marketing)
∎ Location: Dhaka with frequent travel to outside of Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Head the Sales and Marketing department.
∎ Sales and Marketing of Neuro/Spine/ENT/Ophthalmic equipment.
∎ Sales of IOL (Intraocular Lens).
∎ Sales of Laboratory Microscopes.
∎ Prepare Annual Budget and Sales Target.
∎ Plan and implement yearly sales and marketing plan.
∎ Launching new products to capitalize market needs and opportunities.
∎ Analyzing competitive marketing environment and find out the trends and development opportunities.
∎ Liaising network with opinion leaders and influencers such as doctors and doctors associations, etc.
∎ Lead the team members and develop promotional tools to help in attainment of organization goals.
∎ Arranging clinical meetings and seminar to facilitate knowledge sharing and building of rapport with the target doctors.
∎ Providing information and other relevant knowledge-based professional support to the target doctors through personal and group interaction.
∎ Preparing and presenting Monthly/Quarterly analysis of brand/portfolio performance, sales & promo etc for attainment of target.
∎ Monitor and analyzing product/ brand performance and prepare summary reports to recommend course of actions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2-5 years' experience in medical equipment, IOL and Lab Microscope Sales and Marketing.
∎
∎ Attractive personality with good negotiation skills and good command in oral and written English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge on medical equipment/device market (ENT, Neuro, Ophthalmic, IOL)
∎ Good network in Doctors/Hospital and Doctor's Association
∎ Self-motivated, having ability to work as a team leader
∎ Have excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Have continuous learning attitude.
∎ Must be conversant with computer with good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, software and net browsing etc.
