∎ Techgenix is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sr. Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager to join our fast-growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing and relationship maintenance. You will work closely with our existing sales team along with cross-functional departments to establish a seamless process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT market and how Techgenix can offer value to clients. We are seeking someone who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Quotation for selling Software & Hardware.
∎ Set sales target & achieve the company goal.
∎ Work with Business Development team to create project brochures and any other sales pitch material.
∎ Planning, monitoring, controlling sales force.
∎ Develop and maintain a potential buyer list.
∎ Increase company sales to desired level with reasonably accepted overhead expenses.
∎ Plan effective trade marketing and other promotional campaigns
∎ Keep updated knowledge on IT sectors, market trends, competitors' activities and pricing.
∎ To develop long and short-term strategies and tactics for growth.
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.
∎ Maintain a customer record and follow up system; resolve customer complaints.
∎ Achieve company's sales target set by the management and prepare periodic statement accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Software & Hardware sales with reputed IT vendor.
∎ Without knowledge and below 1 years' Experience on following sector please no need to apply.
∎ IT related sales experience will get preference.
∎ Strong understanding of the IT market and Vendor.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Should have proper knowledge in corporate etiquette.
∎ Strong negotiation skills.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ Other Facilities: As per company Policy
