Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor degree from any reputed university/ Diploma Engineer (Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced and skilled candidate).

• At least 3 years

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Skills Required: Sales & Marketing.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lift/ Generator/ Substation - Sales and Marketing.

• Excellent coordination and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Computer literacy.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali.

Currently we are looking for perfect candidate of `Sr. SalesEngineer/Officer (Lift Division) `. Those who are organized with strong attention to details along with can-do attitude & great communication skills with professional etiquette are recommended to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for new & establishing new clients, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.

• Searching potential customers by regularly market visit.

• Responsible for door to door sales to increase revenue from sales.

• Collect order and ensure on time product delivery.

• Collect client information in a systematic way and build a strong relationship with customers.

• The candidate has to be able to handle the market and strong confidence to achieve the sales target.

• Plan, develop and execute innovative marketing plans to establish a growing brand in order to achieve overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue and profitability of Company`s products.

• Give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set to expand the marketing network of particular territory.

• Development new clients and maintain good relationship with clients.

• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales.

• Follow up exclusive clients regularly.

• Follow-up daily sales report.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
