Job Responsibilities:
∎ To promote (Land) products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.
∎ Being key contact point of customers; answering queries.
∎ Advising customers to make conscious decisions and introducing new products to customers.
∎ Maintaining relationship with existing clients and potential clients to get the first and repetitive business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Sales
∎ Masters/Bachelor degree in any discipline form any reputed university.
∎ Should have interest in Land sales
Salary:
∎ Salary: Negotiable (as per competencies & company policy)
