Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and analyze automation opportunities in different business functions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using tools like UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate.
- Integrate RPA with APIs, Excel, and databases for data processing.
- Collaborate with process owners and business users to gather automation requirements.
- Prepare Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Ensure bot performance, error handling, exception management, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance, Production) for automation rollout.
- Maintain documentation and provide user training for implemented automations.
- Explore opportunities for integrating RPA with AI, OCR, and ERP systems.
