Job Responsibilities:
∎ To control and manage the Quality Control system and the Quality Assurance System from Sample Development to Final Inspection.
∎ Carry out inline, Pre-final and final inspection according to the company's quality standard and prepare inspection report within the designated time line.
∎ Ensure that product confirm the required quality requirements and timely execution.
∎ Monitor production and provide technical support to the QC team and Production Units when needed, to ensure quality standard and specifications.
∎ Ensure goods shipped with quality as per customers Quality Standard.
∎ Update office on order situations for both quality and on time delivery.
∎ Prepare report on performed inspections, tests, ratings and improvements.
∎ To handle and maintain the quality requirements of foreign customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in English speaking and writing. Very good command of English.
∎ Must be experienced with the online software to update the inspection process.
∎ Must be good in computer literacy MS word Excel and E-mailing, etc.
∎ Should know about all the AQL level.
∎ Specially the customer "Lidl" handled in production/inspection will be added advantage.
