We are building a production-grade Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) involving real-time video analytics, AI-driven decision systems, and high-performance desktop applications.

This role is intended for a high-agency engineer who can independently architect, build, and operate complete systems. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions—from raw video streams to actionable insights and user-facing tools.

Below are specific responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end ITS pipelines: RTSP ingestion, detection/tracking, event systems, storage, APIs, desktop UI

• Design and optimize real-time computer vision systems for detection, tracking, and rule-based event generation under real-world constraints

• Build and maintain high-performance Python desktop applications (PyQt/PySide) for:

  • Multi-stream video monitoring

  • Real-time analytics visualization

  • Configuration and control systems

• Develop low-latency, high-throughput processing pipelines handling continuous video streams

• Productionize and optimize models (YOLO, RF-DETR, Detectron) with focus on accuracy vs latency trade-offs

• Design and implement AI-driven decision systems, combining vision outputs with rules or higher-level logic

• Integrate AI systems with external infrastructure, APIs, and backend services

• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks across CPU, GPU, memory, I/O, and rendering pipelines

• Ensure systems are stable, fault-tolerant, and production-ready (handling stream failures, noisy data, long runtimes)

• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code; enforce engineering discipline

• Document system architecture, pipelines, and technical decisions

• Machine Learning Libraries*: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras

• Data Processing*: Pandas, NumPy, Apache Spark

• Computer Vision*: OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron, TensorFlow Object Detection API
