∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing, Dyeing Finishing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Orgatex Operating (Batch Scheduling, Recipe Making etc.)
∎ Make sure before loading fabric according to the batch card.
∎ Dyes weighing according to the Lab recipe.
∎ Shade Matching according to the buyer satisfaction.
∎ Shade flow- up, when finish running.
∎ Timely delivery quality fabric to the garments section.
∎ Data color operating when needed.
∎ Make sure the production report, software entry RFT report properly.
∎ Solve any problem instantly on duty.
∎ Handover all information with a matching swatch to the next shift before leaving.
∎ Floor control & minimize all temporary problems.
∎ Providing guidelines & supervision of all activities of subordinate employees.
∎ Determining goal of the subordinate controlling volume of work of workers and its implementation.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Candidate must be fully-computer literate and capable of using the full Microsoft Office Package.
∎ Must have strong technical & conceptual skills.
