Bangladesh Labor Law, Factory HR Administration, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Garments, Spinning, Textile, Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment Process.
∎ Arranging various types of meetings, Coordinating orientation program for all new joining staff.
∎ Documentation work.
∎ Coordinate with payroll process.
∎ Establish and maintain well industrial relations.
∎ Address employee grievances as well as disciplinary issues where required.
∎ Coordinate the yearly performance appraisal process.
∎ Conduct, review, and analyses exit interviews.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart and presentable.
∎ Hard working.
∎ Calm and patient.
∎ Basic computer skill (Microsoft Office).
∎ Good communication skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be self motivated, proactive and team player.
