Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates should have excellent knowledge in different types of yarns & fabrics.
∎ Research and update knowledge to develop new types of fabrics as per requirement.
∎ Sound knowledge about the latest knitting machines & how to operate them.
∎ Strong knowledge about the quality of grey fabrics.
∎ Responsible for maintaining production and rejection as per available knitting machines.
∎ Analyze Machine downtime causes and plan corrective action to enhance production and productivity. Knitting Change over planning and execution.
∎ Meeting production plan effectively without excess knitting and delay.
∎ Training of the Team on the Solution and find while continuous research.
∎ Supervise the shift scheduling of staff for effective results of trouble shooting, break down maintenance, change over's and research.
∎ Research on new style/Production for identification of potential problems those can appear in mass production and there solution. Parts Fabrication and their impact on product quality.
∎ Identifying the potential improvements to improve quality with fabricated parts.
∎ Research on Yarn, to finalize the set of its quality parameters (of raw material) for supreme quality of final product.
∎ Analysis of defects those are producing while production and research on them to find the cause and solution.
∎ Monitoring to ensure machines are in good condition and in highest performance standard level.
∎ Should have knowledge about occupational health and safety standard.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
